The 1:1 therapy container includes 12 one-on-one sessions over a 5-month period, focused on somatic healing, emotional integration, nervous system support, parts work, and personal growth. Sessions are client-led and may include meditation, body awareness practices, intuitive inquiry, and reflective dialogue.
Our work together is considered clinical mental health care, and it falls under the standards of psychotherapy, including confidentiality, documentation, and ethical practice.
The group intensives a space designed to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, relational insight, and personal growth through somatic practices, parts work, mindfulness practices, and group sharing. All practices are rooted in evidence-based clinical frameworks and held with intention and boundaries.
As part of this relationship:
I will maintain appropriate records and clinical notes as required by law.
Your participation is protected under HIPAA confidentiality laws, with the exception of mandated reporting (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, or reports of abuse).
Group members are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding what is shared by others, though I cannot guarantee others’ adherence.
Participation in a group does not establish a 1:1 therapeutic relationship with me outside of the group setting, unless we have arranged individual sessions under a separate agreement.
If you reside outside of Pennsylvania, please note that due to state licensure laws, I cannot offer you therapy under my license unless legally permitted by your state’s rules.
-
This work is deeply personal, and you are responsible for your own participation, self-care, and choices. I hold space with integrity, but transformation requires your active engagement. Please come to sessions with openness and readiness.
-
All conversations will remain confidential, with the exception of any disclosures related to potential harm to self or others, which I am ethically obligated to report. This confidentiality is governed by HIPAA.
-
If at any point your needs fall outside the scope of psychotherapy and into the realm of a mental health crisis intervention, I will refer you to appropriate licensed professionals or emergency resources.
-
For the 1:1 therapy container, sessions must be completed within 5 months of the first scheduled session. Sessions not used within this timeframe will expire. Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. More than 2 last-minute cancellations may affect container length and availability.
For the group therapy series, clients are required to join each of the sessions. If there is a work conflict or medical emergency, it is acceptable to miss a session. However, each session is cumulative, so it is recommended to attend each session to gain full benefits of the program. Missing sessions also impacts other groups members, so please commit to this group only if you are ready to. No refunds on payment is session is missed.
